George D'Aiuto
LEAD VOCALS, ACOUSTIC GUITAR Ever since his first gig in 1974, George D’Aiuto has had the privilege of performing in the Connecticut and New York area with a wide variety of phenomenal musicians. During the 1980s, George worked as a studio musician and also toured with Michael Bolton. For nearly 15 years, George shared the spotlight in a popular guitar/piano duo, Scratch & Sniff. In 2005 George joined Charisma as lead singer, keyboard player, and guitarist. George is also a highly accomplished songwriter, penning many songs performed live by his bands and others. Experience, hard work, and professionalism have brought George a long way since he first decided to pursue a career in music - a decision he made after seeing The Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show!

Peter Obre
LEAD VOCALS, LEAD GUITAR, MANDOLIN Peter Obre is a professionally trained and accomplished musician and music educator, with over 40 years of professional performance experience. Peter holds a Master’s Degree in music composition and performance from The Hartt School of Music in Hartford, Connecticut. He has lectured in music theory and composition at Columbia University, was Band Director at the Newtown Middle School, and is currently employed as a General Music and Chorus teacher in the Danbury, CT school system. He performs and teaches guitar, bass, and mandolin, and performed with Charisma for over 15 years. Peter has worked with Mark Rivera (Billy Joel’s band), John Hall (Orleans), and regularly performed with Alan Johnson in a popular local guitar duo.

Mitchell Taub
BASS, VOCALS Mitchell Taub has been involved in musical performance since elementary school, when he first learned the language of music playing the clarinet. Mitch can play multiple instruments, including the bass guitar, an instrument he has been studying and performing with for over 40 years. He studied jazz improvisation with bebop legend Max Roach during college in the Jazz Department at the University of MA at Amherst. Mitch is capable of playing various bass styles, including rock, jazz, reggae, and funk. He was a founding member of Charisma and performed with them for nearly 20 years. Mitch has also performed in various formats and venues in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and Copenhagen.

Robert Bonvini
DRUMS, PERCUSSION, VOCALS Bob Bonvini studied drums and percussion for many years with teachers in Connecticut and New York City and has been laying down soulful rhythms in various bands for over 40 years. He performed with Charisma for over 15 years, at weddings, private events, and clubs. Bob's drumming style has been heavily influenced by legendary drummers such as David Garibaldi (Tower of Power) and Dave Weckl. Bob’s solid grooves are a key component of the sound of The Remnants and a favorite focus point for those in our audiences who appreciate a solid and tasteful percussive foundation.
